Be gay do crimes

In many places, when you're gay you're automatically doing a crime. Why not double down on it?

But really, it's an anti-assimilation rallying cry that the status quo is what maligned LGBTQIA+ people in the first place, and the appropriate reaction to living with stigma is to break down the system creating it.
