Notice signs of hate. Bigoted graffiti. People playing along with a fascist regime by falling in line externally regardless of their private beliefs, hoping their loyalty will be rewarded (it won't) or that it is an innocent act of harm reduction that will protect them from scrutiny. Regardless of internal beliefs, the accumulation of external signs and signals gives power to the regime.
Remove these signs and encourage others to do the same. Do not get used to them. Encourage people to not play along just to avoid being a target for their actual beliefs.
